Flour mill is actually easier at high water because most of the rocks are covered. Pretty straight shot down river right.

I'd say it can be run from about 5.0 and up, 7.0 to 9ish being best.

Flour Mill on the kenduskeag at med/low water from the Overlook. Between Runnable Low and Perfect. This drop becomes even better at higher water.
