Penobscot

This could use an update. Great works and Veazie dams have been removed, making the Penobscot continuous to the Ocean from Milford dam. There is also a new, further upstream put in at a park in Old Town. There are 5 rapids on this section, 2 of them being one either side of French Island so you only get one of them.
