Historically, American Whitewater published a twice-yearly accident summary in the pages of our Journal. Since this information is valuable to people far beyond the Journal’s readership, in 2024 we moved to online summaries made available through our website and via our other communications channels such as our monthly BETA email newsletter and social media. We are also working towards expanding our accident reporting to include in-depth analysis, imagery, innovative safety equipment, and links to useful reports and informative videos.
