A facebook live video was circulating on the internet showing a middle aged man with a sit on top kayak stuck in the low head dam on the dupage river with rescue crews working to rope him out.
Victim is seen wearing a life fest, but no helmet. (this section of river is popular with recreational kayakers, as well as rank beginner whitewater kayakers)
