Body of kayaker discovered in Lower Madawaska River
Killaloe OPP is continuing to investigate after the body of a kayaker was pulled from the Lower Madawaska River over the weekend. On Saturday, the OPP Aviation Services and the Emergency Response Team located the man and brought his body to shore. Anyone with information or who may have seen the lone kayaker on the water between Tuesday, August 23rd, and Saturday is asked to contact Killaloe OPP or crime stoppers. No names have been released.
