Accident Description

Two men put on the river in open cockpit fishing boats wearing waders. While paddling around in the slack water along the MD side they 'went over' the 'dam' at the top of needles and quickly decided they were in mortal danger. They managed to get themselves and their boats onto a rock and called 911.
