Kiuna Creek is South of Boise. It’s a common tuber float. But some are in kayaks and rafts. They use the creek to fill a local reservoir so it has significant flow and some small drops. Lot of trees. It’s basically a canal in a natural creek bed Mostly rec floater type or whitewater folks doing warm ups/easier floats. The observers in comments are saying pinned in rock.
