For what it's worth (just because I'm a dataholic), I have paddled 12 different states (plus once in New Zealand!), at least 136 different whitewater rivers, and at least 171 different whitewater reaches (not counting lake and ocean surfing). (My database program no longer works with newer hardware and OS, thus I have no current data to update those figures from 2013.12.31.)
