River Description

The Chagrin is designated a State Wild and Scenic River. There is at least one good surfing spot at high water.

Note: the 20-foot falls in Chagrin Falls is runnable, but illegal. There's no rational approach, as an upstream 6-foot dam is at best a boat-buster.

Boatable flows at the bottom end should be approximately 250cfs and above.. 200CFS might be doable
but you will be scraping in many spots along the voyage
