Cape Fear

Harnett County has placed new signs along this stretch of the river to include signs for the put in locations and take out locations. Every mile will be a blue sign in the trees with an 'H' for Harnett County and a number for the mile along the river starting when it entered Harnett County. The Wildlife put in is directly across from H15 and the take out in Erwin if just prior to H23(if you are at H23 you have passed the take out) These were placed on the river to help rescue services to locate and get to any distressed paddlers but will also help you along the section to know how far you have gone or have left.
