<p>The final 'hydraulic jump' lies midway through the tunnel at Portland Avenue. This is the only one NOT in the cement ditch (though it IS a cement jump). There is a bit of bedrock rapids in the approach, and (at low-to-moderate flows) you will likely scrape a bit coming into the drop. As with all other jumps, make sure you hit it with speed and a 'boof stroke', then PADDLE out of the backwash.</p>
