AW just heard from the power company: 'We will begin ramping up flows out of Sullivan today. We should be in the 180-220 cfs range by this coming weekend, and will try and maintain that flow range through the end of the month.' Thanks for your support, and enjoy Sullivan Creek!
The dam owner will begin ramping up flows out of Sullivan on September 6. The river should be in the 180-220 cfs range by the weekend of the 10th and they will try and maintain that flow range through the end of the month. Enjoy Sullivan Creek this fall!
In order to allow for some work in the upstream reaches to wrap up the fall drawdown releases on Sullivan Creek have been delayed 1 week to begin on September 10. Watch the gage starting then to track the ramp up. AW supported the delay for this year. Enjoy the water!
Fall releases will begin ramping up Labor Day week, 2020 and will continue at beatable flows for much of the fall. Keep an eye on the gage and notifications here, and be careful of wood in the Gorge.
