One generator can release approximately 300 cfs. The station operators plan to provide releases on September 13, 14, and 15 if the natural river flow at the Hoyes USGS Gage is 200 cfs or greater, to provide a combined release of approximately 500 cfs. If the Deep Creek Lake elevation is not higher than one foot below the Lower Rule Band on the day of the releases and/or natural river flows are below 200 cfs at the Hoyes USGS Gage, a release from the Deep Creek Station will not be made.
