Deerfield Fest Membership Drive and Silent Auction!

Deerfield Fest traditionally provides our community with an opportunity to reflect on this much-loved stretch of whitewater, as well as the important stewardship work that American Whitewater has, and continues to do in the northeast. From our recent expansion of flow releases supporting whitewater recreation on the Mongaup River (NY) to our work on improving and maintaining release schedules in the Black River Basin (Black, Beaver, and Moose Rivers) to our recent court win establishing whitewater boating as a designated and existing use protected under the Clean Water Act on the Green River (VT),  American Whitewater has had a ton of success in the Northeast and looks forward to continuing that success into the future with your support.

We’re sad to not gather in a traditional festival setting this year on the Deerfield! However, we hope that you continue to recreate on the rivers we’ve worked so hard for you to find flows on and provide safe access to. Our natural landscapes have offered such a great and essential refuge over the past several months and American Whitewater needs your membership support now, more than ever to continue this important work!
