Safety Hazard! Cascade River, WA

About 40 years ago, a flood/avalanche/big event caused a bridge to come off of it’s footings. The bridge washed downstream approximately a quarter-mile to the bottom of the valley and settled in the streambed at what is now known as Bridge Drop rapid.
