KREMMLING, Colo. — The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management is considering a land exchange along the Blue River in Grand and Summit counties. Earlier today Duke Energy announced the pending sale of five hydropower dams in western North Carolina and South Carolina to Northbrook Energy.
